By and large, it was beautiful and perfect place with consistently courteous staff from management and staff.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, the decorations were nice. Tastefully decorated and themed room with "modest" decorations or "over the top" decorations, everything was first-class. The location was perfect and magnificent, in front of the pond outside, it's a plus.

Spotless hotel in a beautiful building not far from restaurants, stores, and attractions as well as so many activities. Knowledgeable staff members from management and staff, themed rooms. Large, free breakfast with omelettes and omelets and a complimentary offering. The location excellent and incredible to the Christmas store-one of the largest in the southeast. Also, easy to get to Pigeon Forge Snow.

The room here was top-notch, with comfortable beds, and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The breakfast had a tasty and super selection, including an omelet station and complimentary options.

The property's location was great and stunning, in a beautiful kid friendly sitting area. Moreover, it's short walk to the Christmas store.

Its rooms are spotless and extremely pleasant with fireplace and an awesome jetted tub, for instance as advertised. The location is marvellous for exploring Pigeon Forge. 1 mi away there is Five Guys, serving quick meals.

Well, it was a really good stay for a Smokey Mountain vacation. The stuff was ready to assist, top-class and very informative people. Got nicely decorated, top-notch room with an awesome jetted tub, gingerbread cookies plus a balcony.

The rooms with a nice decor. Very comfy bed and amiable and respectful staff from management and staff. Favourable central location, just off everything, friendly, good people, so many activities and Starbucks, Mellow Mushroom, and MagiQuest.

Excellent services offered here. The breakfast choices are absolutely delicious and they have a station where you can get made-to-order omelets 🍳. Best part is, it's complimentary! Plus, the cleaning services are top-notch.

Beautifully designed hotel, I liked large breakfast!

I booked a room with a very comfy bed, coffee and it's own balcony. The view out of the windows was delightful. The service provided there was good.

Excellent attention to detail, from beautiful Christmas decorations to daily activities for children. Nightly entertainment, including Singing Santa, was top-notch. Fresh Christmas cookies every evening were irresistible. Two 24-hour pools and a hot tub provided relaxation. Amazing breakfast options made our stay even better.
