I had a blast at the Kids' Club, they really took care of the little devils! The restaurant had live music, which we all know is the ultimate dining experience. The outdoor pool was perfect for people-watching, and the free WiFi saved me from a potential social media meltdown.
Yeah, no thanks to the slow internet connection. Who needs to stay connected during a vacation anyway?

Convenient Location and Friendly Staff 😊
It was a breeze getting to the Archaeological Museum on foot, it only took about 10 minutes. The staff here are really friendly and the beach is also close by.

Comfortable, clean rooms, courteous staff. Convenient location, and excellent breakfast buffet. Ocean view rooms definitely worth the price as they are very spacious and have nice view towards the Sozopol bay.
It is very hard to find parking space near the hotel as it is on a small, busy street. The paid city parking is about 10 min walk and is pretty much the only reliable option.

We had a wonderful stay at Selena Hotel for 5 nights. The free parking right at the hotel's door was very convenient. Our room had a breathtaking view of the sea and the hotel's pool. The room itself was lovely and we didn't encounter any issues. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful and well-organized. The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, with cleaning staff seen regularly disinfecting and cleaning all facilities. The hotel's location was amazing, with the beach just a few steps away and the main street and old town within walking distance. an amazing hotel that I would highly recommend!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was impressed by the beautiful and elegant decoration of the hotel. The common areas were well-maintained and had a charming atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. It had ramps and elevators, making it easy for me to navigate around the property.
The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation for seniors is that the children working there could be more attentive and respectful towards guests.

The New Year's decorations were beautiful and created a festive atmosphere in the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the town center. the staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay more enjoyable.
The price was steep for what was offered, especially during peak holiday season. The rooms were not properly soundproofed, leading to a lot of noise disturbance from other guests.

On our departure morning, we were getting into our taxi when the hotel staff came out and started accusing us of stealing a towel, we were very upset by this, it was in the middle of the street, and everybody could see and hear, we were asked to open our luggage, we refused to do this as a matter of principle. We told them many times we would not have wanted to take a towel, but in the end, to save our embarresment, our taxi driver asked them how much for the alleged towel, their answer 3 levs (£1.45 approx), as you can imagine we just paid this, then they said we had 2 bottles of water from the minibar, yes we said, we had these on the first night, and paid for them at reception the next day. They said we had just taken them from the fridge, yes we said, but they were the original 2 bottles, as I had bought a large bottle of water from the local shop and filled them each night and placed them back in the fridge for the next day etc etc, so the same 2 bottles were in the fridge for the 7 nights, but obviously on our departure we took them with us. They could not understand what we were saying, even though our taxi driver was translating, so again we paid them for these 2 bottles on the street. A terrible end to a pleasant stay.

Hotel stuff is very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is well located - all sea side view balcony are in the shade during the day. Children of all ages are welcome, there is a kids room in the hotel and full of life animators who are ready to play with them.

We loved staying at this amazing hotel! The location is perfect, right on the beach, and we had a stunning view from our sea-facing room. The hotel staff were so attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. The room itself was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and we had no issues during our stay. We also enjoyed the hotel's pool, which was a great spot to relax and soak up the sun. We would highly recommend this place to anyone!
