The location was great and amazing, near the old town of Hanoi, and the center and easily accessible. The staff were enthusiastic and welcoming too. The breakfast served was tasty, everything you could wish for, with toast, fruit, jam😀

The hotel was situated in the very central location keen to be in the center of all the action in the Old Quarter. What's more, it was near to the centre of the Old Town, a quiet oasis in the middle of the nightlife and main beer street, massage shops, and hoankiem lak.

Clean and cute place with very kind staff. Impressive units on a lower level.

I have stayed here before, and it is still a VERY PLEASANT experience. The staff is responsible and competent, makes sure that the place is immaculately clean. The restaurant serves appetising vegetarian food.

The breakfast was savoury and great, the staff was best, the grounds were perfectly clean. The rooms were nicely furnished and unique and equipped with WiFi, big wardrobe which contains a lot of hangers and a nice view. Its particularly good, very central location was a plus. The food was appetising, had a huge variety of options.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, perfect for a romantic escape. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with our needs. We also enjoyed the great location, close to the bustling heart of the city.

There wasn't much common area for guests to relax and gather together. It would have been nice to have a dedicated space for socializing.

Ideal trendy boutique hotel, great place for cruise. Big and unique rooms on level 4, great breakfast. Good and absolutely perfect location in very lively area, next to the centre of old town as well as the old quarter of Hanoi. Besides, easy to get to a traditional water puppet theater.

I recently stayed at Prince II hotel for three nights and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was spacious, and the hotel provided free water and a great breakfast. The price was affordable and the hotel exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
