Perfect location next to a beautiful sandy beach, very helpful staff, everything was perfect. Had reasonably spacious guest room with fridge, shower, for instance. The breakfast was very tasty, the pool area was nice.

The staff were exceptionally kind, incredible and stunning location on the absolute outskirts. Our rooms were a nice size with microwave and fridge.

My room included a kettle and a toaster. The location was marvellous and brilliant for me as it was really close to views alone, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth, and the park. Besides, it was 3 km away from St Edmund's Church.

Excellent value, room was compact, staff were really helpful. The hotel's position was comfortable and easy, close enough to beach entrance. Truly enjoyed a small fridge, a kettle, and a toaster in the room. Wasn't expecting to have kitchenette.

By and large, it was handy base for sightseeing in Lowestoft, had much fun and met very amiable staff in all areas. The breakfast was very tasty and you could try toast and porridge etc. I have stayed here before and it met the demands.
