We truly enjoyed well-appointed and top-class rooms and fab food.

The location of the hotel was magnificent - around 10-15 minutes walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. Moreover, it was near to train street.

I have stayed in suite with a delicious birthday cake, a rain shower, as for instance for 2 nights.

The breakfast was varied and you could try coffee, tea, breads, cereal and pastries etc. The staff were ready to help and the service was very good. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the Old Quarter lake, which closes the roads on the weekend so families can share the space for fun, exercise and relaxation, and transport.

Nothing could have been better.

The room was nicely furnished and offered a shower and a rainfall shower, so that guests had essentials. The setting was quite perfect within easy reach of Hoan Kiem Lake.

The weather was wonderful, had such wonderful stay with smiling service. The staff was excellent friendly and efficient all that time. I stayed in the room that was well maintained and clean and available with especially comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, the check in was smooth. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. Everything was simply very good.

Everything was first-class, no complains at all, I do recommend it. The property was in the heart of the city. The room was modern looking, I truly enjoyed the bed and spotless bathroom.

The venue is placed in a very central position in a neighbourhood of high rises.

Good bed, nice size bathroom and an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room. Particularly good and unbeatable location in a neighbourhood of high rises, walking distance to restaurants and eateries. Plus, walking distance to Old Quarter.

I truly enjoyed the property and its delicious and particularly nice breakfast.

I asked for a double room and the one given was incredibly comfortable and outstanding. Location: the hotel was so close to which closes the roads on the weekend so families can share the space for fun as well as the Old Quarter, the French Quarter and the Hoan Kiem lake area.

The restaurant was good with a nice view here, I had excellent dishes. It had very central location close to Ngoc Son Temple.

The room is nicely furnished, comes with a balcony as well as fresh fruits.

The room we had was spotlessly clean and fashionable, came with gorgeous oriental decor.

We got great value for our money with spacious, clean and well-decorated rooms. The hotel's location in the old quarter was perfect, close to restaurants, bars, shops, and the lakes. The staff went above and beyond to help us and even offered an extra bed and bedding for our daughter.

The breakfast option could be improved by using fresher towels and bedding, and the coffee wasn't the best. However, the staff addressed our concerns promptly and were appreciative of our feedback.

After a terrible exprience in another hanoi hotel we had a warm bath in this hotel. Everything is perfect. No commentbat all. We did the halong baybday trip, perfect organised! Compliments for the staff! We had a pleasant stay!

Courtesy of staff is exemplary. Good standard of comfort and excellent value for money. It would be hard to fault this hotel and I have travelled widely and paid much more for a whole lot less!
