Friendly and efficient staff who go above and beyond, making you feel right at home. Large and comfortable rooms in a peaceful and quiet location for a great night's sleep. Excellent food at the on-site restaurant. Clean facilities and helpful receptionists who provide valuable advice for exploring the city. Mind-blowing decor, top-notch service, and outstanding customer support. Stars in the customer service department, explaining everything with politeness and useful answers, even to silly questions. The level of customer service here is jaw-dropping and sets a high standard for others to follow. Very happy with my stay.

This hotel is located in a convenient location near a park and shopping center, with Botanica district and Orchard nearby. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet. The hotel also features a fitness center with a sauna and swimming pool.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of our needs. The service was outstanding, from the friendly staff to the relaxing full body massage. The restaurant and bar area provided delicious food and drink, and the buffet breakfast had a great variety.
The only negative aspect was the sun terrace which lacked enough sun loungers and beach umbrellas. However, the relaxing garden area made up for it with its beautiful flowers and greenery.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a memorable experience. The hotel's festive decorations and warm atmosphere really made the holiday special. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. The hotel's location close to the park and shopping mall was convenient for finding last-minute Christmas gifts.
The hotel's restaurant was understaffed during the busy holiday season, resulting in long wait times for food and poor service. The breakfast buffet was limited and didn't offer many options for those with dietary restrictions.
